BBR227A Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 1967. The 250 GT/E 2+2 was replaced in January, 1964 by the new 330 GT 2+2. It was much more than a re-engined 250, however, as the car came with a sharper nose and tail, quad headlights, and a wide grille.
The wheelbase was 50 mm (2.0 in) longer, but Koni adjustable shock absorbers improved handling. A dual-circuit Dunlop braking system was used with discs all around, though it separated brakes front to back rather than diagonally as on modern systems.
The 1965 Series II version featured a five-speed gearbox instead of the overdrive four-speed of the prior year. Other changes included the switch back to a dual-light instead of quad-light front clip, alloy wheels, and the addition of optional air conditioning and power steering.
Prior to the introduction of the 'Series II' 330 GTs, a series of 125 'interim' cars were produced, with the 4-headlight external configuration of the Series I cars, but with the 5-speed transmission and 'suspended' foot pedals of the 'Series II' cars.
628 Series I (including 125 'interim' cars) and 460 Series II 330 GT 2+2 cars had been built when the car was replaced by the 365 GT 2+2 in 1967. This model was never released before by BBR. €183.00. Buy Now!

Fu prodotta in 1088 esemplari dal gennaio del 1964 al 1967. Successe anch’essa alla Ferrari 250 GT/E 2+2 ed alla 330 America, e fu sostituita dalla Ferrari 365 GT 2+2. Era una 2+2 berlinetta.
Fu qualcosa in più di una 250 con motore rifatto; infatti fu rivista anche la carrozzeria, con un muso ed una coda più squadrati, con l’aggiunta di 4 fari anteriori e con la sistemazione di un’ampia griglia anteriore. Il passo fu di 50 mm più lungo, e l’uso di ammortizzatori regolabili tipo Koni migliorò la maneggevolezza.

Fu utilizzato un sistema frenante Dunlop a quattro dischi. Era presente un doppio circuito frenante che separava i dischi anteriori da quelli posteriori; nei sistemi più moderni invece si tende ad effettuare una separazione in diagonale.
Nel 1965 la seconda serie montava un cambio a cinque rapporti al posto dell’overdrive a quattro velocità dell’anno prima.
Altri cambiamenti includevano l’aumento dei fari anteriori da due a quattro, cerchioni in lega, l’aria condizionata ed il servosterzo. Prima dell’introduzione della seconda serie della 330 GT, fu introdotta una serie intermedia di 125 esemplari, con i quattro fari anteriori, un cambio a 5 rapporti ed un leveraggio ancorato sul lato superiore di ogni pedale.
Furono prodotti 628 esemplari della prima serie (inclusi i 125 della serie intermedia) e 460 della seconda, quando il modello fu sostituito dalla 365 GT 2+2 nel 1967. Modello inedito mai prodotto da BBR.
